报告摘要:Organometallic molecular wires based on linear conjugated carbon-rich bridges such as -polyynyl and -polyenyl ligands have attracted intense interest during the last three decades. Early contributions from our laboratory were based on diruthenium building blocks. Explored more recently are acetylide compounds based on 3d metals (Fe, Cr, Co and Ni). Described in detail are (1) monomeric M(cyclam) compounds of simple acetylides and cross-conjugated gem-DEE ligands, (2) monomeric Ni(TMC) acetylides (TMC is N-tetramethylcyclam) and (3) dimeric M(cyclam) compounds bridged by either oligoyne or gem-DEE. Also discussed are the understanding of electronic structures of these compounds with DFT calculations and the preliminary assessment of M-M coupling in dimeric compounds based on voltammetric measurement.
